We are looking for a highly motivated Comercial Consultant (M/F) with a passion for the area to join our team, a company specializing in temporary work.

This consultant will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, establishing relationships with clients and promoting our services.

During your day you will have tasks such as:

- Prospecting companies looking for recruitment solutions;

- Maintaining and developing solid relationships with clients, understanding their hiring need and offering customized solutions;

- Analyzing the market to identify new business opportunities;

- Working closely with internal team to ensure quality customer service;

- Checking market trends and customer feedback to improve services.

To fill the vacancy you need:

- Previous experience in the commercial and/or sales area, preferably in the temporary work sector;

- High level of organization and results orientation;

- Ability to adapt to chance and continuous learning;

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications;

- Knowledge of spoken and written English;

- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally;

- Valid driving license.
